You may not mail us anything unless you have contacted us first and have been provided a return claim certificate. This certificate must be printed and mailed back to us along with the entire kit.

If the returned kit is damaged, shows signs of wear and tear, or negligence, the refund claim for that unit will be REJECTED. We do not process partial returns.

The kit in its entirety must be returned to us and a then, and only then, will a refund will be issued.
