Buyer must contact us prior to return of the defective component. If the complaint is deemed valid, the buyer will be provided a warranty claim certificate. This certificate must be printed and mailed back to us along with the defective component.

The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs until it is determined that the component is truly defective. At that time, the replacement component and reimbursement of initial shipping costs will be sent back to the buyer.

Components that are found to be damaged due to wear and tear, negligence, or other user-caused damage, a replacement unit will not be provided, and shipping cost will not be reimbursed.
